DELIVERY AND RETURNS
At RHEIGN are happy to exchange or refund an unwanted or faulty full priced items within 14 days without giving a reason. Returns are only acceptable if the item is returned in its original packaging and product and packaging. If you do wish to return an item please email us first so we know to expect the parcel. We do not cover return postage costs, however, should you wish to exchange an item we will cover postal costs to re-send items to you.
Returns of international shipments
Any taxes and/or charges for international returns (freight, customs taxes/charges, VAT etc.) are the responsibility of the sender
Our parcels are sent Royal Mail with usual UK shipping costs as follows:
Standard – Orders over £30.00 FREE
Orders under this £3.00
Overseas – £9.95
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery is normally next working day after dispatch but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (slightly longer for overseas). If, however, an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible via email and let you know when it will next be available.
